Estes Termos regem o uso do Atlas 3D gratuito e da assinatura do 3D Medical Universe (3DMU). Ao assinar, você declara que leu e aceita estes Termos, a Política de privacidade e a página de Cancelamento e reembolso.
1. Quem somos e como falar conosco
O 3DMU é oferecido pela Collares Apoio à Educação Ltda., CNPJ 69.420.068/0001-26, Rua Visconde do Rio Branco, 1488, conj. 909, 9º andar, Cond. Universe Life Square, Bl. Com., CEP 80420-210, Curitiba – PR, Brasil ("Collares", "nós").
Atendimento para dúvidas, reclamações, cancelamento e reembolso: contato@3dmedicaluniverse.com. Respondemos em até 5 dias.
2. O que é o serviço
Atlas 3D gratuito: os níveis 1 a 3 do modelo de conhecimento, abertos a todos, sem conta, sob a licença CC BY 4.0.
Assinatura: os níveis 4 e 5 (peças de conhecimento e facetas), a prática de questões com explicações, o progresso no Atlas, as conquistas e os relatórios para download. A prática usa um motor de testagem adaptativa: ele reconhece padrões nas suas respostas e usa esses dados para escolher as próximas questões e personalizar a sua experiência de aprendizagem.
O 3DMU não tem relação com o INEP, o MEC, o ENAMED, o CFM ou bancas de residência, e não promete aprovação em nenhuma prova.
O serviço é totalmente digital e automático: não inclui aulas, consultoria, correção ou qualquer atendimento personalizado. O e-mail de atendimento serve para dúvidas sobre a conta, o pagamento e erros no conteúdo.
A assinatura é vendida no Brasil em reais, pelo Asaas, e nos demais países em dólares americanos, pelo Paddle (seção 4).
3. Sua conta
Você entra com a conta de um provedor de login que oferecemos (por exemplo, Google). Não criamos nem guardamos senha.
É preciso ter 18 anos ou mais. Menores só podem usar a assinatura se o responsável legal a contratar e acompanhar o uso.
Cada conta é de uma pessoa só. Não compartilhe o acesso: você responde pelo que for feito com a sua conta.
4. Assinatura, preços e pagamento
No Brasil (preços em reais): mensal, R$ 29,99 por mês, no cartão de crédito; anual, R$ 299,99 por ano, no cartão de crédito ou no Pix; acesso vitalício, R$ 2.999,99 em pagamento único, no Pix à vista ou no cartão de crédito em até 12 parcelas (parcelamento do próprio cartão, com os juros do emissor, se houver). Os preços são finais. O pagamento é feito na página do Asaas, instituição de pagamento que processa as cobranças para nós.
Fora do Brasil (preços em dólares americanos): mensal, US$ 12,99 por mês; anual, US$ 99,99 por ano; acesso vitalício, US$ 999,99 em pagamento único. A venda é feita pelo Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), que atua como revendedor autorizado (merchant of record): a compra é feita com o Paddle, que cobra, emite o recibo e recolhe os impostos sobre consumo do seu país, mostrados no checkout antes do pagamento. O conteúdo e o acesso são fornecidos por nós.
Nós nunca vemos o número do seu cartão.
Renovação automática: no cartão, a assinatura mensal ou anual se renova sozinha ao fim de cada período, pelo mesmo preço, até você cancelar. No anual pago com Pix, enviamos uma nova cobrança Pix ao fim do ano; se ela não for paga, a assinatura termina.
Acesso vitalício: pagamento único, sem renovação. Dá acesso ao modelo completo e às suas atualizações enquanto o serviço existir.
O acesso é liberado assim que o pagamento é confirmado. No Brasil, a nota fiscal de cada pagamento é enviada por e-mail; fora do Brasil, o recibo é emitido pelo Paddle.
Falha de pagamento: se uma cobrança não for paga, o acesso continua por 7 dias e avisamos você com o link para pagar. Sem pagamento nesse prazo, a assinatura é cancelada.
Reajuste: avisamos por e-mail com 30 dias de antecedência. O novo preço vale a partir da renovação seguinte, e você pode cancelar antes dela sem custo.
5. Cancelamento e reembolso
Você pode cancelar quando quiser, em Minha conta › Gerenciar assinatura ou pelo e-mail de atendimento. O acesso continua até o fim do período já pago, e não há novas cobranças.
Reembolso em 14 dias: nos 14 dias seguintes a cada pagamento (primeira contratação, cada renovação ou a compra do acesso vitalício), você pode desistir e receber de volta tudo o que pagou, sem precisar justificar. O acesso pago termina na hora. No Brasil, esse prazo é maior do que os 7 dias do direito de arrependimento (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 49).
Depois dos 14 dias: o pagamento não é devolvido. O cancelamento apenas interrompe as renovações, e o acesso continua até o fim do período pago.
Fora do Brasil, o reembolso é feito pelo Paddle, conforme a política de reembolso do Paddle; você pode pedi-lo a nós ou diretamente ao Paddle.
O conteúdo é produzido com auxílio de inteligência artificial e revisado com base em fontes primárias atualizadas, que citamos. Mesmo assim, pode conter erros.
Se encontrar um erro, use "Comentar esta questão" ou escreva para o atendimento. Corrigimos o que for confirmado.
Atualizamos o conteúdo continuamente: temas, peças e questões podem mudar, entrar ou sair.
7. Propriedade intelectual
O Atlas 3D nos níveis 1 a 3 está sob a licença CC BY 4.0: você pode reutilizá-lo citando a fonte.
Os níveis 4 e 5, as questões, as explicações e o software são protegidos. A assinatura dá a você uma licença pessoal, intransferível e não exclusiva para estudar com eles enquanto estiver ativa.
Não é permitido copiar o conteúdo em massa, redistribuí-lo, revendê-lo, extraí-lo por programas (raspagem), usá-lo para treinar ou testar modelos de inteligência artificial, nem contornar o controle de acesso.
"3D Medical Universe" e "3DMU" são marcas com pedido de registro no INPI. O método do serviço é objeto do pedido de patente BR 10 2026 025114 3 (patente requerida).
8. Seus comentários
Ao comentar uma questão ou apontar um erro, você nos autoriza, sem custo, a usar o comentário para melhorar o conteúdo, sem identificar você publicamente. Não inclua dados de pacientes nem de outras pessoas identificáveis.
9. Uso aceitável, suspensão e encerramento
Não é permitido compartilhar a conta, acessar o serviço por programas automáticos, tentar burlar a segurança ou publicar conteúdo ilícito ou ofensivo nos comentários.
Se isso acontecer, podemos suspender ou encerrar a conta, avisando antes, salvo risco grave ao serviço ou a terceiros.
Se encerrarmos a sua assinatura sem que você tenha violado estes Termos, devolvemos o valor proporcional ao período pago e não usado.
10. Disponibilidade
Trabalhamos para que o serviço funcione o tempo todo, mas ele pode ficar fora do ar para manutenção ou por falhas de terceiros. Não garantimos funcionamento ininterrupto.
11. Responsabilidade
O 3DMU é educacional e não se destina ao cuidado de pacientes; decisões clínicas são de responsabilidade de quem as toma (ver o Aviso educacional). Nada nestes Termos limita os direitos que a lei do seu país garante a você como consumidor.
Podemos atualizar estes Termos. A versão vigente fica sempre nesta página, com a data. Mudanças relevantes são avisadas por e-mail com 30 dias de antecedência, e você pode cancelar antes que passem a valer.
14. Lei e foro
Valem as leis brasileiras. Fica eleito o foro da Comarca de Curitiba – PR, sem prejuízo do direito do consumidor de propor ação no foro do seu domicílio (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 101, I). Para compras feitas pelo Paddle, valem também os termos de compra do Paddle. As versões em inglês e holandês são traduções; havendo diferença, vale a versão em português.

These Terms govern the use of the free 3D Atlas and of the 3D Medical Universe (3DMU) subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy policy and the Cancellation and refunds page.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
3DMU is offered by Collares Apoio à Educação Ltda., CNPJ 69.420.068/0001-26, Rua Visconde do Rio Branco, 1488, suite 909, 9th floor, Cond. Universe Life Square, Bl. Com., CEP 80420-210, Curitiba – PR, Brazil ("Collares", "we").
Support for questions, complaints, cancellation and refunds: contato@3dmedicaluniverse.com. We reply within 5 days.
2. What the service is
Free 3D Atlas: levels 1 to 3 of the knowledge model, open to everyone, without an account, under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
Subscription: levels 4 and 5 (knowledge pieces and facets), question practice with explanations, progress in the Atlas, achievements and downloadable reports. Practice uses an adaptive testing engine: it recognises patterns in your answers and uses these data to choose the next questions and personalise your learning experience.
3DMU is not affiliated with INEP, the Brazilian Ministry of Education, ENAMED, the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) or any residency or licensing board, and promises no exam result.
The service is entirely digital and automated: it includes no classes, consulting, grading or any personalised service. The support e-mail is for questions about your account, your payment and errors in the content.
The subscription is sold in Brazil in Brazilian reais, through Asaas, and in all other countries in US dollars, through Paddle (section 4).
3. Your account
You sign in with an account from a login provider we offer (for example, Google). We never create or store a password.
You must be 18 or older. Minors may use the subscription only if a parent or legal guardian subscribes for them and supervises the use.
Each account belongs to one person. Do not share your access: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
4. Subscription, prices and payment
In Brazil (prices in reais): monthly, R$ 29.99 per month, by credit card; yearly, R$ 299.99 per year, by credit card or Pix; lifetime access, R$ 2,999.99 as a one-time payment, by Pix in full or by credit card in up to 12 instalments (the card's own instalment plan, with the issuer's interest, if any). Prices are final. Payment is made on the page of Asaas, the payment institution that processes our charges.
Outside Brazil (prices in US dollars): monthly, US$ 12.99 per month; yearly, US$ 99.99 per year; lifetime access, US$ 999.99 as a one-time payment. Sales are made by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), acting as authorised reseller (merchant of record): your purchase is made with Paddle, which charges you, issues the receipt and collects the sales tax or VAT of your country, shown at checkout before you pay. The content and the access are provided by us.
We never see your card number.
Automatic renewal: by card, a monthly or yearly subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. For a yearly plan paid by Pix, we send a new Pix charge at the end of the year; if it is not paid, the subscription ends.
Lifetime access: a one-time payment, with no renewal. It gives access to the full model and its updates for as long as the service exists.
Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. In Brazil, the invoice for each payment is sent by e-mail; outside Brazil, the receipt is issued by Paddle.
Failed payment: if a charge is not paid, access continues for 7 days and we send you a link to pay. Without payment in that period, the subscription is cancelled.
Price changes: we notify you by e-mail 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal, and you may cancel before it at no cost.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time, in My account › Manage subscription or by e-mail. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
14-day refund: within 14 days of each payment (the first purchase, each renewal, or the purchase of lifetime access), you may withdraw and get back everything you paid, with no questions asked. Paid access ends immediately. In Brazil, this period is longer than the 7-day withdrawal right of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 49).
After the 14 days: the payment is not refunded. Cancelling only stops renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Outside Brazil, refunds are issued by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy; you may ask us or Paddle directly.
The content is produced with the help of artificial intelligence and reviewed against up-to-date primary sources, which we cite. Even so, it may contain errors.
If you find an error, use "Comment on this question" or write to us. We correct whatever is confirmed.
We update the content continuously: topics, pieces and questions may change, be added or be removed.
7. Intellectual property
Levels 1 to 3 of the 3D Atlas are licensed under CC BY 4.0: you may reuse them with attribution.
Levels 4 and 5, the questions, the explanations and the software are protected. The subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to study with them while it is active.
You may not copy the content in bulk, redistribute or resell it, extract it with software (scraping), use it to train or test artificial intelligence models, or circumvent access controls.
"3D Medical Universe" and "3DMU" are trademarks with registration applications at INPI (Brazil). The method of the service is the subject of patent application BR 10 2026 025114 3 (patent pending).
8. Your comments
When you comment on a question or report an error, you allow us, free of charge, to use the comment to improve the content, without identifying you publicly. Do not include data about patients or other identifiable people.
9. Acceptable use, suspension and termination
You may not share your account, access the service with automated programs, try to break its security, or post unlawful or offensive content in comments.
If that happens, we may suspend or close the account, with prior notice unless there is a serious risk to the service or to others.
If we end your subscription without any breach of these Terms on your part, we refund the amount for the paid period not used.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running at all times, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of third-party failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
11. Liability
3DMU is educational and not intended for patient care; clinical decisions are the responsibility of whoever makes them (see the Educational notice). Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.
12. Privacy
How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Material changes are announced by e-mail 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.
14. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Curitiba – PR, Brazil, are chosen as venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 101, I). For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle's buyer terms also apply. The English and Dutch versions are translations; in case of difference, the Portuguese version prevails.

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het gebruik van de gratis 3D-atlas en van het abonnement op 3D Medical Universe (3DMU). Door een abonnement te nemen, verklaart u dat u deze voorwaarden, het privacybeleid en de pagina Opzegging en terugbetaling hebt gelezen en aanvaardt.
1. Wie wij zijn en hoe u ons bereikt
3DMU wordt aangeboden door Collares Apoio à Educação Ltda., CNPJ 69.420.068/0001-26, Rua Visconde do Rio Branco 1488, kantoor 909, 9e verdieping, Cond. Universe Life Square, Bl. Com., CEP 80420-210, Curitiba – PR, Brazilië ("Collares", "wij").

2. Wat de dienst is
Gratis 3D-atlas: niveaus 1 tot en met 3 van het kennismodel, voor iedereen open, zonder account, onder de licentie CC BY 4.0.
Abonnement: niveaus 4 en 5 (kenniselementen en facetten), oefenvragen met uitleg, voortgang in de atlas, prestaties en downloadbare rapporten. Het oefenen gebruikt een adaptieve toetsmotor: die herkent patronen in uw antwoorden en gebruikt deze gegevens om de volgende vragen te kiezen en uw leerervaring te personaliseren.
3DMU is niet verbonden aan INEP, het Braziliaanse ministerie van Onderwijs, ENAMED, de Braziliaanse artsenorde (CFM) of enige opleidings- of examencommissie, en belooft geen examenresultaat.
De dienst is volledig digitaal en geautomatiseerd: er zijn geen lessen, advies, nakijkwerk of andere persoonlijke diensten bij inbegrepen. Het e-mailadres van de klantenservice is voor vragen over uw account, uw betaling en fouten in de inhoud.
Het abonnement wordt in Brazilië verkocht in Braziliaanse real, via Asaas, en in alle andere landen in Amerikaanse dollars, via Paddle (paragraaf 4).
3. Uw account
U logt in met een account van een inlogprovider die wij aanbieden (bijvoorbeeld Google). Wij maken of bewaren nooit een wachtwoord.
U moet 18 jaar of ouder zijn. Minderjarigen mogen het abonnement alleen gebruiken als een ouder of wettelijk vertegenwoordiger het voor hen afsluit en het gebruik begeleidt.
Elk account is van één persoon. Deel uw toegang niet: u bent verantwoordelijk voor wat er met uw account gebeurt.
4. Abonnement, prijzen en betaling
In Brazilië (prijzen in real): maandelijks, R$ 29,99 per maand, met creditcard; jaarlijks, R$ 299,99 per jaar, met creditcard of Pix; levenslange toegang, R$ 2.999,99 in één betaling, met Pix ineens of met creditcard in maximaal 12 termijnen (de termijnregeling van de kaart zelf, met de rente van de uitgever, indien van toepassing). De prijzen zijn eindprijzen. U betaalt op de pagina van Asaas, de betaalinstelling die onze betalingen verwerkt.
Buiten Brazilië (prijzen in Amerikaanse dollars): maandelijks, US$ 12,99 per maand; jaarlijks, US$ 99,99 per jaar; levenslange toegang, US$ 999,99 in één betaling. De verkoop gebeurt door Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), dat optreedt als erkende wederverkoper (merchant of record): u koopt bij Paddle, dat u factureert, het betalingsbewijs uitgeeft en de btw of omzetbelasting van uw land int, getoond bij het afrekenen voordat u betaalt. De inhoud en de toegang worden door ons geleverd.
Wij zien uw kaartnummer nooit.
Automatische verlenging: met een creditcard wordt een maand- of jaarabonnement aan het einde van elke periode automatisch verlengd, tegen dezelfde prijs, totdat u opzegt. Bij een jaarabonnement betaald met Pix sturen wij aan het einde van het jaar een nieuw Pix-betaalverzoek; wordt dat niet betaald, dan eindigt het abonnement.
Levenslange toegang: één betaling, zonder verlenging. Geeft toegang tot het volledige model en de updates ervan zolang de dienst bestaat.
U krijgt toegang zodra de betaling is bevestigd. In Brazilië ontvangt u de factuur van elke betaling per e-mail; buiten Brazilië geeft Paddle het betalingsbewijs uit.
Mislukte betaling: wordt een betaling niet voldaan, dan blijft de toegang 7 dagen bestaan en sturen wij u een link om te betalen. Zonder betaling binnen die termijn wordt het abonnement beëindigd.
Prijswijziging: wij melden dit 30 dagen van tevoren per e-mail. De nieuwe prijs geldt vanaf de volgende verlenging, en u kunt daarvoor kosteloos opzeggen.
5. Opzegging en terugbetaling
U kunt altijd opzeggen, via Mijn account › Abonnement beheren of per e-mail. De toegang loopt door tot het einde van de betaalde periode, zonder nieuwe betalingen.
Terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen: binnen 14 dagen na elke betaling (de eerste aankoop, elke verlenging of de aankoop van levenslange toegang) kunt u afzien en alles terugkrijgen wat u hebt betaald, zonder opgave van reden. De betaalde toegang eindigt direct. In Brazilië is deze termijn langer dan de 7 dagen herroepingsrecht van de consumentenwet (art. 49).
Na de 14 dagen: de betaling wordt niet terugbetaald. Opzeggen stopt alleen de verlengingen, en de toegang loopt door tot het einde van de betaalde periode.
Buiten Brazilië wordt de terugbetaling door Paddle gedaan volgens het terugbetalingsbeleid van Paddle; u kunt het aan ons of rechtstreeks aan Paddle vragen.
De inhoud wordt gemaakt met behulp van kunstmatige intelligentie en getoetst aan actuele primaire bronnen, die wij vermelden. Toch kan hij fouten bevatten.
Vindt u een fout, gebruik dan "Reageren op deze vraag" of schrijf ons. Wij verbeteren wat wordt bevestigd.
Wij werken de inhoud voortdurend bij: onderwerpen, elementen en vragen kunnen veranderen, erbij komen of verdwijnen.
7. Intellectueel eigendom
Niveaus 1 tot en met 3 van de 3D-atlas vallen onder CC BY 4.0: u mag ze hergebruiken met bronvermelding.
Niveaus 4 en 5, de vragen, de uitleg en de software zijn beschermd. Het abonnement geeft u een persoonlijke, niet-overdraagbare en niet-exclusieve licentie om ermee te studeren zolang het loopt.
Het is niet toegestaan de inhoud massaal te kopiëren, te verspreiden of door te verkopen, met software te verzamelen (scraping), te gebruiken om modellen voor kunstmatige intelligentie te trainen of te testen, of de toegangscontrole te omzeilen.
"3D Medical Universe" en "3DMU" zijn merken waarvoor registratie is aangevraagd bij het INPI (Brazilië). De methode van de dienst is onderwerp van octrooiaanvraag BR 10 2026 025114 3 (octrooi aangevraagd).
8. Uw reacties
Als u op een vraag reageert of een fout meldt, geeft u ons kosteloos toestemming de reactie te gebruiken om de inhoud te verbeteren, zonder u publiekelijk te noemen. Vermeld geen gegevens van patiënten of andere herkenbare personen.
9. Aanvaardbaar gebruik, schorsing en beëindiging
Het is niet toegestaan uw account te delen, de dienst met geautomatiseerde programma's te gebruiken, de beveiliging te omzeilen of onrechtmatige of beledigende inhoud in reacties te plaatsen.
Gebeurt dat toch, dan kunnen wij het account schorsen of sluiten, met voorafgaande melding, behalve bij ernstig risico voor de dienst of voor anderen.
Beëindigen wij uw abonnement zonder dat u deze voorwaarden hebt geschonden, dan betalen wij het bedrag terug voor de betaalde, ongebruikte periode.
10. Beschikbaarheid
Wij doen ons best om de dienst altijd te laten werken, maar hij kan onbereikbaar zijn voor onderhoud of door storingen bij derden. Wij garanderen geen ononderbroken werking.
11. Aansprakelijkheid
3DMU is educatief en niet bedoeld voor patiëntenzorg; klinische beslissingen zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van wie ze neemt (zie de educatieve kennisgeving). Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt de rechten die het consumentenrecht van uw land u geeft.
12. Privacy
Hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens verwerken, staat in het privacybeleid.
13. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken. De geldende versie staat altijd op deze pagina, met datum. Belangrijke wijzigingen melden wij 30 dagen van tevoren per e-mail, en u kunt opzeggen voordat ze ingaan.
14. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechter
Het Braziliaanse recht is van toepassing. De rechtbank van Curitiba – PR, Brazilië, is bevoegd, onverminderd het recht van de consument om te procederen bij de rechter van zijn eigen woonplaats (Braziliaanse consumentenwet, art. 101, I). Voor aankopen via Paddle gelden ook de koopvoorwaarden van Paddle. De Engelse en Nederlandse versies zijn vertalingen; bij verschillen geldt de Portugese versie.
